Credit Card payments and e-checks accepted via PayPal. Personal checks and money orders accepted with printed order form. Please include your email address or phone number when ordering via US mail.   We can only accept credit card payments online via PayPal.   You DO NOT have to have or sign up for a PayPal account when ordering from us.

Order Processing Information:

Once your order is received, the average processing time is 3 business days.   In most cases the orders ship out within 2- 3 days.

Shipping Information:

All orders are ship via USPS Priority mail which takes 2 to 3 days to get anywhere in the USA.   We ship international packages via Priority International Mail.   We ship orders everyday Monday through Saturday.    This excludes Sundays and Holidays.

Back Order Items and Partial Shipments:

We get our items from manufacturers and suppliers directly and sometimes items are back ordered. In those cases we do try to ship the order it partial shipments so you don't have to wait for everything.

Paying by Check or Money Order:

Orders ship after the check clears.  Money Orders ship right away.  We can only accept credit card payments online via PayPal.

$4.01 - $39.99 add $6.50
$40.00 - $99.99 add $10.00
$100.00 - $199.99 add $12.00
$200.00 or more add $14.00


Orders from outside the USA usually require additional shipping costs and we will contact you if this is the case.

Shipping is automatically calculated for shipping within the USA, international shipping costs are more. You can email us prior to your order or we can invoice you the difference after you complete your order.

Returns:

Returns accepted only for defective items. The defective item will be replaced with a new one, same item only. Exchanging one item for different one is is not permitted.
